Most Inspiring Lord Budhha's Teachings
Thousands of candles can be lighted from a single candle, and the life of the candle will not be shortened. Happiness never decreases by being shared. You will not be punished for your anger, you will be punished by your anger. All that we are is the result of what we have thought. Peace comes from within. Do not seek it without. Some screenshots of spiritual session by Sandeep Maheshwari Sir. We are here for about to know what is the real meaning of meditation. I learned many things here. The First thing is, "Meditation is not for pleasure" that is the biggest thing I learned. The Second is, "Real meaning of Meditation is understanding and awareness" not an illusion. Third and the best part is I understand about "What is attachment and what in not?" What is detachment and what is not?". This understanding makes our life better and better. I'm trying to implement in my life with this knowledge and experience. Thank You very much to Sandeep Sir and his Team. You can see full video on YouTube here - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U0GFDYCdYEs #AashanHai #SandeepMaheshwari #Spirituality #Meditation

The mind is everything. What you think you become. No one saves us but ourselves. No one can and no one may. We ourselves must walk the path. Do not dwell in the past, do not dream of the future, concentrate the mind on the present moment. You, yourself, as much as anybody in the entire universe, deserve your love and affection. Holding on to anger is like grasping a hot coal with the intent of throwing it at someone else; you are the one who gets burned. We are shaped by our thoughts; we become what we think. When the mind is pure, joy follows like a shadow that never leaves. |
